The Customer Quality Engineer supports the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Management System in compliance with IATF 16949 and Customer-Specific Requirements (CSRs). Quality Management System aligned with CSRs Prepare documentation, evidence, and records required for IATF and audits Participate in internal audits, process audits, and layered process audits (LPA) Track and support closure of audit findings, customer issues, and corrective actions Support document control and change management processes Assist with preparation of Management Review data and quality KPIs Support deployment of Customer-Specific Requirements into procedures and processes Support PFMEA and Control Plan alignment with requirements Assist in managing escalation, containment, and documentation related to issues Support

APQP / PPAP
