Details:

Temp-to-Hire position $23.00 /hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday) Evaluate critical characteristics of manufactured products, exercising independent judgment to determine batch release in strict adherence to established specifications. Monitor product quality rigorously, ensuring full compliance with Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Accurately record and meticulously analyze QC laboratory data, promptly reporting findings and anomalies to the R&D Manager. Perform comprehensive laboratory performance testing, aligning with specific customer requirements and recognized industry standards. Operate and maintain a variety of laboratory equipment to effectively evaluate chemical properties and assess product performance. Quality Control Technician - 1st

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field preferred. Minimum 3 years' experience as a QC Technician in a laboratory environment is required. Previous experience in a chemical manufacturing environment is required. Proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite. Knowledge of laboratory equipment and instrumentation is required. Able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
