MM Technics LP is German based, tier one supplier to the automotive OEM's in South Carolina. The Prosperity plant joins a corporate family that has manufacturing operations in Germany and Poland. MM Technics is looking to hire a qualified candidate for our Quality/Logistics Support position.

Position Snapshot:

Under supervision, this entry level position will complete dock audits, preparing parts for shipment per customer specifications, and assist with other daily warehouse and quality duties. Continuously interacts with production, planning, inventory management, purchasing, and shipping.

Responsibilities:

Support all functions of the quality and logistics operations. Understand and maintain 5S program Complete daily dock audits to include verification of part to shipping label with goal of 100% accuracy. Assist Quality dept with rework of parts, sorting, etc. Count and package parts to be shipped to customer. Other duties as assigned by management Be available for flexible hours and over-time as needed. Perform all duties according to safety guidelines. Focus attention on detailed requirements and tasks Willingness to learn and cross train in other depts

Requirements:

Minimum two (2) years manufacturing/production experience, High School Diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail The ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment Proven ability to stay focused and complete tasks in a timely manner with limited supervision The ability to be proactive and look for opportunities to make a difference The ability to adapt to new/difficult situations Ability to count and pack parts to customer specs. Ability to operate a pallet jack Ability to continuously lift 50 lbs. Ability to comply with all facility safety rules

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This position will require continuous standing, walking, sitting, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, working overhead and lifting of items up to 50 pounds. Frequent pushing/pulling of a moving cart and moving/lifting equipment.
