Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspectors to join a manufacturing team in Rock Hill, SC. This position is responsible for inspecting raw materials, components, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure they meet established quality and specification requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, be comfortable documenting inspection results, and be committed to maintaining quality and safety standards. Essential Responsibilities Perform accurate physical and visual inspections of raw materials, components, in-process materials, and finished products according to inspection plans and specification requirements. Document inspection results by completing reports and logs. Record and summarize rework, waste, and other quality-related findings. Enter inspection and quality information into the company quality database. Ensure inspection equipment is properly calibrated and maintained. Perform product identification and traceability activities as required. Work with supervisors, production employees, and other company personnel to resolve inspection or quality-related questions. Follow all housekeeping and clean-up procedures. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow all company quality, safety, work rules, policies, and procedures. Work extended hours, overtime, or weekends when needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality defects. Ability to follow written inspection plans, procedures, and specifications. Basic computer and data-entry skills. Ability to accurately complete reports and documentation. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work in a manufacturing or production environment. Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as business needs require. An individual in this position must be able to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities listed above.
