Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Scale Operator / Office Assistant to join our recycling team. This role combines the essential responsibilities of operating weighing scales and managing office tasks to ensure smooth operations. You will play a vital part in record keeping, supporting shipping and receiving processes, and assisting with general administrative duties. Duties Operate and industrial scales to accurately weigh incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring compliance with weight specifications in a timely manner. Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and assisting with office communications to keep operations running smoothly. Assist office staff with the organization and filing of records.
