This role is fast paced and demanding. This company is growing quickly and willing to train for upward progression. This is a Direct Hire opportunity. This role will operate off the 1st shift schedule Monday-Thursday. 3-5 years of Quality Control Technician experience required! Travel and on-call availability is required as well.
salary:
$62,400 - $66,560 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 6 AM - 4:30
PMeducation:
High SchoolResponsibilities Performing Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs) on Hydra Platforms before they ship to customers. Inspecting purchased and manufactured components using precision measuring tools. Reviewing Manufacturing Certification Sheets (MCS) for accuracy and completeness. Investigating quality concerns and helping identify root causes. Working with Engineering and Manufacturing to improve products and processes. Processing Defective Material Reports (DMRs) and coordinating supplier returns. Tracking non-conforming materials and supporting corrective actions. Presenting quality updates during weekly manufacturing meetings. Assisting with prototype testing and new product development. Maintaining quality documentation using Global Shop and Microsoft Office. Supporting troubleshooting, product audits, and continuous improvement projects. Assisting with maintaining the Engineering Lab and inspection equipment.
