Job Description

Job Description:
This person will be responsible for ongoing quality assurance reviews and user acceptance testing in support of FBT's National Products Partner programs.
Qualifications:
This person should have an associate's degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills, along with financial services knowledge is essential. A general understanding of banking compliance regulations and experience with Salesforce and SharePoint is preferred.
Principal Responsibilities:
Perform independent monthly reviews of complex regulatory or risk-based processes using internal and Partner systems for various programs managed by the National Products department. Conduct testing of Partner programs prior to launch; including product, system, user experience and documentation testing. Document findings from reviews and testing, assess risk levels, identify trends, and track and validate Partner resolution of findings. Interpret review requirements and identify exceptions along with their associated risk levels. Work with supervisor to document data request needs from said Partners and servicers and track for data fulfillment. Support the National Products Quality Assurance staff as back-up to the specialist on operational tasks, which may include answering minimal customer calls, inbox and misdirected mail management on a weekly rotational basis. Act in accordance with FBT policies and procedures as set forth in the employee handbook. Adhere to compliance procedures and participate in required compliance training.
