The ideal candidate is someone who likes to work with their hands, has exceptional attention to detail, and comes with a willingness to learn new things! Also, must be able to work with other team members, and have great communication skills. Previous assembly experience is a plus, but we are willing to train! This position will include a variety of tasks and responsibilities including but not limited to: Hand soldering- will train in house Cutting, stripping, and tinning wires Terminal crimping by machine and manually Ability to read a ruler and follow a routing Perform varies tests through out the process Punctuality, good attendance, and reliability are required.
