Job Description
About us Odyssey Medical Technologies LLC is a small business in Bartlett, TN. Odyssey is a full-service contract medical device manufacturer offering 5-axis CNC machining, prototyping, engineering, sterile packaging (Q3 2025), metal finish, heat treating, EP, grinding, and specialty coatings through our network of certified vendors.

Modern office setting as well as a shop floor The job scope of the Quality Inspector I within Odyssey Medical Technologies will include, but is not limited to the following duties:- Knowledgeable in the use of measuring equipment: visual comparators, video comparators, profilometers, drop indicators, height gages, micrometers, calipers, thread gauges
- Read and interpret blue prints for all conventional tolerancing and basic GD&T.
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections at all stages of production: lot inspection, receiving inspection, in-process inspection, final inspection
- Follow GMP, FDA, ISO, and Odyssey Medical Technologies company operational procedures.
- Thorough paperwork review for missing or incorrect information.
- A Quality Inspector I works with the Quality Manager and Technicians to ensure exceptional outbound quality.
- Have experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
