Full-Time | 1st, 2nd, or 3rd Shift πŸ” Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to ensure that products meet required specifications, standards, and customer expectations. This role is critical to maintaining quality, reducing defects, and supporting efficient production flow. Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail, experience with measurement tools, and a commitment to maintaining a high level of product integrity. 🧰 Key Responsibilities Inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished products Verify dimensions and tolerances using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measurement tools Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality reports Identify nonconforming materials; tag, isolate, and communicate findings to supervisors Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections Support root cause investigations and corrective actions with the quality and production teams Ensure compliance with company quality standards and customer requirements Maintain organized inspection records and follow established procedures Uphold safety and 5S standards in the inspection area πŸ“˜ Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 1+ year experience in quality inspection or manufacturing environment preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents Proficiency with measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, go/no-go gauges, etc.) Basic understanding of quality systems, tolerances, and inspection methods Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30-50 lbs ⭐ Preferred Skills (Not Required) Experience with GD&T Knowledge of
ISO, AS9100, IATF
