Aphena Pharma Solutions is looking for a Quality Control Technician to join our A Shift team at our Fisk Road facility . In this role, you'll help ensure our products meet the highest quality, customer, and regulatory standards while working in a fast-paced pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. What You'll Do As a Quality Control Technician, you will: Inspect and approve or reject incoming bulk drug products, containers, closures, packaging materials, and labels. Review and approve production records, specifications, and components for accuracy and compliance. Inspect and approve or reject in-process materials during production. Perform routine quality audits and inspections. Maintain accurate quality records and prepare inspection reports. Review production documentation, identify discrepancies, and ensure investigations and corrective actions are completed. Follow all cGMP requirements and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Participate in required training and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Work independently while collaborating effectively with production and quality teams. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required. 2 to 3 years of quality control or related manufacturing experience preferred. Experience in a cGMP or regulated manufacturing environment preferred. Ability to perform AQL inspections and identify product nonconformances. Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and internet. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Reliable attendance and the ability to work independently. Physical Requirements Frequent standing throughout the shift. Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling. Regular lifting and moving of materials up to 50 pounds, with occasional heavier lifting. Ability to read, write, perform basic math, and distinguish numbers and symbols accurately. Why Join Aphena?
