To strengthen our team, we are looking for a QPE Specialist L2 in our plant in [[location]].Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure achievement of process KPIs according to defined requirements.
- Ensure full compliance with local, European, customer, and internal company procedures and regulations.
- Provide regular reports on daily activities to the lead manager and other stakeholders.
- Ensure effective application of procedures, guidelines, preventive and corrective actions.
- Comply with IATF, VDA, and customer-specific quality requirements.
- Ensure all processes are stable, controlled, and properly documented.
- Perform Yokoten analysis and provide feedback.
- Analyze issues together with SQE/SQA and sub-suppliers.
- Prepare 8D reports together with the SD team and upload them to customer systems.
- Ensure customer expectations are met; in case of deviations, implement corrective action plans immediately.
- Support overall customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem resolution.
- Document all processes and align special cases with the customer.
- Coordinate with production plants to deliver necessary documentation on time.
- Prepare and submit all required IMDS documents.
- Distribute customer-specific requirements to plants and monitor their implementation.
- Confirm compliance in customer portals.
- Create action plans to ensure achievement of quality objectives.
- Perform periodic monitoring of indicators and define actions in case of deviations.
- Manage customer audits and visits effectively.
- Ensure overall customer satisfaction through high-quality service.
Requirements:
- Minimum professional experience in a related area (optional): 1 year
- German language: Professional level
- English language: Professional level
Microsoft Office:
Advanced proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)- Strong knowledge of customer norms, standards, and specifications
- Strategic and creative thinking abilities
- Quality-oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement
