Ensure new owners comprehend their paperwork and contracts, guiding them through the reservation process and addressing any concerns to improve their confidence in their purchase. Take ownership of post-sale follow-up, minimizing cancellations and ensuring a smooth transition for new owners Collaborate closely with the Sales and Hospitality teams to uphold outstanding customer service standards.
