Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team in Smithville, TN, 37166. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Conduct regular inspections of products and materials to ensure compliance with quality standards. Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of findings. Identify and report any defects or non-conformities in products. Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures. Participate in internal audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Stay updated on industry standards and best practices related to quality assurance. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in quality assurance is a plus. Proven experience as a quality inspector or in a similar role. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Familiarity with quality control standards and methodologies. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient in using inspection tools and equipment.
