About the Role As a Quality Control Technician, you will serve as a critical guardian of product integrity, ensuring every item meets rigorous benchmarks before reaching the end user. You will leverage your technical expertise in precision measurement and troubleshooting to drive continuous improvement across our production floor. Responsibilities Execute comprehensive visual and physical inspections to verify adherence to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Drive product quality outcomes by identifying defects early and coordinating corrective actions with manufacturing teams. Maintain precise quality control data logs to provide actionable insights for process optimization. Utilize advanced measurement tools, including calipers, micrometers, and gauges, to validate component specifications. Ensure all incoming and outgoing materials meet safety and quality standards through diligent shipping and receiving verification. Contribute to internal audits and quality improvement projects to enhance overall operational efficiency. Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. Proficiency in reading blueprints and utilizing precision inspection equipment. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret technical data. Capability to perform heavy material handling and assist with loading/unloading tasks safely. Preferred Skills Professional certification in Quality Assurance or related technical fields. Advanced knowledge of sealing, caulking, and load securement protocols. Proven track record of troubleshooting complex production issues. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
