Job Summary Seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Quality Technician to join our Quality team. This role is essential in ensuring that incoming materials and manufactured products meet our quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high-quality standards in a manufacturing environment.
Schedule and Shift:
1st 7:00am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday Hourly Pay Rate $22.00 Key Responsibilities Perform incoming receiving inspections to verify material compliance. Conduct first piece inspections to ensure production accuracy. Audit in-process and finished products for conformance to specifications. Facilitate sorting and segregation of non-conforming parts. Lead investigations into customer quality issues, including root cause analysis and corrective actions. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferred Skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications is a plus. Good communication and problem-solving abilities. Prior experience in a quality-related role in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Additional Duties This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
