Canadian Executive Search Group (USA), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is now hiring experienced 2nd shift Team Leader for our client in the automotive industry located in
Spring Hill, TN Location:
Spring Hill, TN Start date: As Soon As Possible Pay rate: $18/hr Shift hours: 2nd shift - 4pm-12:30am (Monday-Friday)
Description:
The Quality Team Leader works with the inspection team. They will monitor work and evaluate performance and provide input to Project Coordinators. They ensure proper handling of reject/non-conforming/scrap materials and coordinate activities with logistics for proper material flow. All roles at the client play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing quality in various industries to achieve total customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Hands on supervision of assigned Inspectors To represent Client in the most professional image at all times Have a full understanding and knowledge of MS Office You will read blueprints Technical writing Have a complete understanding Setup/Completion of work cells, practice 5S Have a working knowledge of relative ISO procedures All other related duties as assigned Prepare work instructions (On) Off-site communications with
Customers Requirements:
Previous experience in Quality Control, Leadership, Management. Strong leadership and decision-making skills Experience with MS Office Experience Blueprint reading Knowledge of 5S and quality processes Ability to work in a physically demanding environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable with consistent attendance Great attitude/attendance Stable work history Interested in this position?
