Staffing Network is looking for a Quality Control Inspectors for our client in the automotive industry in Spring Hill, TN for a 30 DAY PROJECT!! They are looking for Quality Inspectors to join their busy production team. We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated, independent worker who is detail oriented, responsible, reliable, and discretionary as well as working as a team. Requires good communication, follow-up and task completion. 1st shift: 5:30AM-1:30PM 1st

RESPONSIBILITIES
INSPECTS, TESTS, AND
ADJUSTS NEW FIXTURES AND CAR PARTS, FOR CONFORMANCE TO SPECIFICATIONS SUCH AS DIMENSIONS, TOLERANCES, AND HARDNESS BY PERFORMING SEVERAL TESTS. MEASUREMENTS. TESTS UNITS FOR FIT OF MOVING PARTS AND MECHANICAL FUNCTIONING. PERFORMS THE JOB STANDING. INSPECTS, ADJUSTS, AND VERIFIES ACCURACY. EXAMINES DEFECTIVE PARTS TO DETERMINE CAUSE OF DEFECT AND RECOMMENDS CHANGES OR MODIFICATIONS. DETERMINES SALVAGE ABILITY OF DEFECTIVE ITEMS. INSPECTS AND ASSEMBLIES. WRITES REPORT REGARDING INSPECTION AND TESTING RESULTS. PERFORMS MINOR EQUIPMENT PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE. CLEANS WORK AREA. LANGUAGE SKILLS ABILITY TO READ AND INTERPRET DOCUMENTS SUCH AS SAFETY RULES, OPERATING AND MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS, AND PROCEDURE MANUALS. ABILITY TO WRITE ROUTINE REPORTS AND CORRESPONDENCE. REASONING ABILITY ABILITY TO APPLY COMMON SENSE UNDERSTANDING TO CARRY OUT INSTRUCTIONS FURNISHED IN WRITTEN, ORAL, OR DIAGRAM FORM. ABILITY TO DEAL WITH PROBLEM.
