Perform inspections as outlined in the Production Quality Plan, maintaining and updating related documentation and notifying relevant departments of any identified nonconformities. Conduct inspections of all incoming materials, ensuring that records and forms are accurately completed and up to date, and perform quality checks on finished products to verify compliance with specifications. Execute dimensional and measurement analyses of flanges and record results in accordance with established procedures. Provide information to relevant teams regarding defective materials and process deviations at all stages of production, preparing and distributing inspection reports and forms to ensure effective communication of results. Collaborate closely with Production to identify process nonconformities or product defects during manufacturing phases, taking appropriate action, including process stoppage when necessary, to prevent quality issues. Support the implementation and communication of company Quality policies and ensure that inspection activities promote adherence to these standards. Monitor the appearance, dimensions, structural resistance, and welding quality of products throughout production, documenting findings in accordance with quality control protocols. Maintain and calibrate all equipment used for quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of measurements. Comply with waste management procedures aimed at reducing material waste and ensuring proper handling and treatment in alignment with environmental and efficiency objectives.Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's- Industrial Engineering, Mathematics or a related field of study. Will accept foreign equivalent.Experience:
Two (2) years as a Quality Inspector Analyst, in the position above or in a related industrial engineering role; Experience must include: 1. Performing inspections on all incoming materials; 2. Maintaining all equipment used for quality checks; 3. Executing measurements of flanges; and 4. Delivering inspection reports and forms.Location:
