We are seeking a Quality Control Inspector/Auditor to join a manufacturing Quality Assurance team. In this role, you will help ensure that products meet established quality standards for reliability, workmanship, and compliance with internal quality systems. This position is involved throughout the production process, from incoming materials to final inspection.

Shifts Available:

1st

Shift:

Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm 2nd

Shift:

Monday-Thursday, 3:30pm-2:00am (Some overtime may be required, including extended hours or occasional Fridays)

Responsibilities:

Maintain a safe working environment while following all safety policies and procedures Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and quality requirements Inspect products during fabrication, painting, assembly, and final finishing stages Examine incoming materials and components from suppliers Inspect components, subassemblies, and completed assemblies for quality compliance Perform visual inspections to identify defects or nonconformities Audit manufacturing processes and procedures to verify compliance with QMS requirements Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensions Accurately document inspection results and report quality issues as required

Requirements:

Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills High attention to detail and accuracy Basic math and computer skills for measurement and documentation Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications Experience using measuring devices such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time Familiarity with QMS, ISO, or similar quality systems preferred 1-2 years of quality inspection experience preferred Our Commitment to
