Utilize precision tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to perform detailed dimensional analysis on parts and raw materials. Conduct thorough visual and functional audits to detect non-conformities and prevent defects from reaching the next stage of production. Document inspection outcomes with precision, providing clear data to support continuous improvement and quality control initiatives. Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot quality deviations and implement effective corrective actions. Maintain a high standard of workplace safety and organization to support efficient inspection workflows. Qualifications Required Skills Demonstrated proficiency in reading and interpreting technical blueprints and schematics. Hands-on experience with precision measurement instruments including calipers, micrometers, and tape measures. Strong mathematical aptitude, specifically regarding fractions and decimals. Proven ability to maintain high attention to detail in a fast-paced industrial setting. Effective communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
