Job Description
Quality Control Inspector - BOP Inspection (Hardness, Dimensional, Visual & NDE) Responsibilities Understand and comply with all safety and environmental requirements and company policies. Perform quality control and inspection of incoming, in-process, and outgoing components and parts. Conduct Visual, Dimensional, Hardness, and NDE tests (LP/MP, UT preferred) per job router/traveler and company written procedures, and fill up the inspection reports as required. Maintain the completeness and accuracy of quality records (Document Control). Responsible for routine maintenance, handling, and regular calibration of all testing, monitoring, measuring, and detecting equipment of the company, including the development of a calibration schedule, conducting or outsourcing the calibration, and verifying and maintaining records of calibrations. Any additional duties as assigned.
