Job Description
Rubberatkins is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to join our growing manufacturing operation in Conroe. This is an opportunity to play a critical role in ensuring every product that leaves our facility meets the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and reliability. What You'll Be Doing As our Quality Control Inspector, your responsibilities will include
- Performing visual and dimensional inspections on manufactured products and components Verifying products meet engineering specifications, company standards, and customer requirements Identifying quality concerns and supporting corrective actions when needed Accurately completing inspection records and quality documentation Ensuring products are approved and ready for shipment Collaborating with production teams to maintain and improve quality processes Supporting a clean, organized, and safe work environment Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and quality-focused best practices What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is motivated, dependable, and passionate about quality.
- Experience in a Quality Control, Inspection, or Manufacturing role A strong eye for detail and commitment to accuracy The ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent organizational and documentation skills A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles Previous manual handling experience Forklift certification or experience Most importantly, we're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a team that strives for excellence every day.
- You will initially work for training purposes: Monday
Thursday:
8:30am- 5:00pm,
Friday:
8:30am- 2:30pm. The role will then move to a rotating shift pattern
- 6:00am
- 2:00pm 2:00pm
- 10:00pm 10:00pm
