Full-Time Job Overview Core Personnel is hiring a Quality Control Operator for a food manufacturing facility in Coppell. This position plays an important role in ensuring food products meet established quality, safety, and production standards. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, basic computer and math skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities Inspect and test food products to ensure they meet quality standards. Perform product sampling and basic laboratory testing as required. Monitor production processes and quality checkpoints throughout the shift. Maintain accurate quality records and documentation. Follow GMP, food safety, and company quality procedures. Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Basic computer and math skills. Strong attention to detail and communication skills. Ability to follow established procedures and quality standards. Reliable attendance and ability to work as part of a team. Weekend availability as needed. Preferred Qualifications Previous quality control, food manufacturing, production, laboratory, or inspection experience is preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Work Environment This position is located in a food manufacturing environment and requires employees to follow strict food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.
