Job Description

Quality Control Inspector AllChem Performance Products is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team in Corsicana, TX . This position plays an important role in helping ensure that our products meet company quality standards as they move through production and shipping. This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM . Pay depends on experience. The Quality Control Inspector reports to the Operations Manager. The ideal candidate is organized, observant, comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, and able to follow procedures consistently. Prior QA/QC or manufacturing experience is preferred, but we are also looking for someone with the right attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. Responsibilities The Quality Control Inspector will be responsible for performing routine inspections throughout the workday and maintaining accurate quality records.
Duties include:
Inspecting products hourly for various quality metrics Checking for proper labeling, sealing, and bagging Performing bagging and sealing tests as required Verifying that workstation documents are accurate, present, and being followed Filing and organizing QC documents Printing and handling QC-related documents using a Windows PC Using Microsoft Excel and Outlook for basic document and communication tasks Reporting quality concerns or nonconforming product to management Following company procedures, safety practices, and quality standards Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional work area Requirements Qualified candidates should have: Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently Basic Windows PC skills Ability to use Microsoft Excel, primarily for opening and printing documents Ability to use Microsoft Outlook for basic communication Strong attention to detail Dependability and good attendance Ability to follow written procedures and verbal instructions Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment Preferred Experience Previous QA/QC experience Previous experience working in a manufacturing facility Familiarity with production documentation, inspection forms, or quality procedures Physical Requirements This position may require physical activity throughout the day, including: Standing or walking for extended periods of time Occasionally lifting up to 45 lbs.
