Contract Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector I to support warehouse and quality operations by ensuring product accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction. This role is responsible for inspecting picked orders, verifying part numbers and quantities, reviewing packaging methods, and ensuring all required product documentation is complete prior to shipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or quality environments and possess strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Inspect warehouse-picked orders to verify part numbers, quantities, and order accuracy. Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records. Report internal and external defects and assist with root cause investigations. Collaborate with warehouse and final inspection teams to support on-time shipments. Inspect packaging methods to ensure compliance with customer and internal requirements and prevent shipping damage. Work closely with Warehouse and Quality teams to address picking and packing defects. Assist in driving customer satisfaction through quality-focused initiatives. Gather and review required product documentation, including material certifications and CMTRs. Support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality department. Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures. Coordinate with documentation teams to provide inspection reports and certification packages as required. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of 1 year of experience in quality inspection, warehouse operations, manufacturing, or a related field. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good verbal and written communication skills. Basic knowledge of dimensional inspection and manufacturing processes preferred. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
