Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance 401K (matching) PTO Paid Holidays Referral program Job Summary Focus on quality improvement through inspection, audit, investigation, and reporting the quality of materials, processes, and products to ensure conformance with quality standards.Essential Responsibilities:
Perform random and scheduled work-in-process inspections. (Including Quality Management System). Perform dock audits on the finished product as needed. Assist in the investigation and root cause elimination of customer complaints. Assist in the disposition, control, and maintenance of non-conforming material. Enter quality data into computerized business information systems. Use tape measures, steel rules, calipers, pin gauges, and other inspection tools as required. Performs other related duties as assigned. Education and/orExperience:
High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency Minimum 1 to 3 years related experience and/or training Exposure to warehouse management systems PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Qualifications and Skills Excellent analytical and technical problem-solving skills. Desire to drive continuous improvement processes and standards. Ability to work under pressure with deadlines. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
