Job Description

KP Staffing Duncanville is now hiring QA technicians for a company that manufactures photovoltaic products in Wilmer, TX! Job Summary The QA technician will support the Module Quality Assurance team by ensuring photovoltaic products meet strict internal and international quality standards. This position works directly on the manufacturing floor conducting in-process inspections, identifying defects, performing quality audits, and maintaining accurate quality records in a fast-paced, automated production environment. Pay $22
  • $30 per hour, DOE Shift A shift: 6 a.m.
  • 6 p.m., Sunday
  • Tuesday and alternating Wednesday B shift: 6 p.m.
  • 6 a.m., Sunday
  • Tuesday and alternating Wednesday C shift: 6 a.m.
  • 6 p.m., Wednesday/Thursday
  • Saturday D shift: 6 p.m.
  • 6 a.m., Wednesday/Thursday
  • Saturday Schedule follows a 4 days on / 3 days off rotation Duties Conduct scheduled in-process quality inspections at key manufacturing stages, including cell stringing, lamination, framing, and final packaging Identify, document, and report raw material defects, cosmetic issues, and structural variations Initiate containment procedures for non-conforming materials and products Partner with production operators, shift supervisors, and equipment technicians to address process deviations and quality concerns Maintain accurate quality inspection records and audit data within MES and other tracking systems Assist Quality Engineers with internal product and process audits Support continuous improvement initiatives and quality control procedure enhancements Follow all cleanroom, PPE, safety, and manufacturing protocols Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in quality control, quality assurance, or inspection within a manufacturing environment Experience in electronics, semiconductor, automotive, or photovoltaic manufacturing preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to identify component defects and irregularities Experience with manufacturing software such as SAP, MES, or ERP systems preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and meet production deadlines Job Type Contract To Hire How to Apply Start by submitting your resume or visit KP Staffing Duncanville for an in-person interview.
