Edinburg, TX Job Details Full-time 8 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Qualifications Computer operation Spanish Care documentation English Quality improvement Computer skills Quality audits Quality assurance experience within healthcare Full Job Description Individual must be trained in the use of the EVV System to enter all the required data elements, enter schedules (as applicable), and verify service delivery through visit maintenance and the use of reason codes. Must be able to communicate in English and Spanish. Experience Knowledge of billing and quality assurance required with one year of EVV experience. Experience with Medius is preferred but not required. A strong understanding of EVV processes and responsibilities The ability to transition into the position quickly. Knowledge of office machines preferred, computer skills required, Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Responsibilities Recommends, implements, and directs the agency's EVV billing policies and procedures. Responsible for completion of the EVV record, including any visit maintenance, prior to submitting a claim associated with the EVV record. Assist with developing, maintaining, and implementing the staff in-services in billing and reimbursements. Consults and communicates with all members of the agency's billing department on a regular basis to coordinate and address appropriate quality program related issues. Assist with systematically identifying, investigating, and resolving compliance and quality of care issues through the corrective action plan process. Assist with preparation of the annual Quality Improvement report as part of annual agency evaluation. Ensure all documents are in order and submitted timely according to payer source requirements. Serves as liaison to the administrative staff. Provides billing and staffing feedback as needed. Establishes, monitors and evaluates productivity standards by conducting audits for completion of all appropriate billing documentation on a regular basis. Enhance professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, staff in-service and workshops. Ensures confidentiality of all transactions related to financial structure of the agency. Always maintain high standard of compliance in ethical and federal regulation.
