2015 Quality Management System, as well as ensuring continuous compliance with CTPAT (Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism) certification requirements. This role combines quality assurance and supply chain security functions, supporting operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

2015 Quality Management System Develop, implement, and maintain the
ISO 9001
2015 Quality Management System. Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits, including follow-up on findings and corrective actions. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend corrective and preventive actions. Deliver training to staff on
ISO 9001
standards, procedures, and best practices. Ensure all
ISO 9001
requirements are consistently met across the organization. Develop, distribute, and analyze the Client Services Evaluation Survey, monitoring results and driving improvement actions. CTPAT Certification Ensure continuous compliance with CTPAT guidelines and standards. Prepare and update CTPAT risk assessments, security profiles, and supply chain mapping documentation. Serve as liaison with customs officials and regulatory bodies on CTPAT-related matters. Design and deliver employee training and security awareness drills. Perform internal audits according to the required CTPAT schedule. Enforce CTPAT procedures and protocols throughout the organization. Warehouse Management System Oversee the documentation, training, instructors. Support audits and improvements related to inventory management, traceability operational efficiency. Develop procedures, visual aids and work instructions when needed.
Qualifications Experience:
2-4 years of experience in quality systems management and/or supply chain security compliance. Prior experience with
ISO 9001
2015 implementation and internal auditing required. CTPAT program experience strongly preferred. Certifications (preferred):
Ability to interpret KPIs and audit data to identify root causes and improvement opportunities. Attention to

Precision in documentation, risk assessments, and compliance records.
Communication:
Clear delivery of training and effective liaison with regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.
Organizational Skills:
Capacity to manage multiple audit schedules and certification timelines simultaneously.
