Job Description
Luxor Staffing is hiring a Quality Control paying $17 per hour with 1st shift available. Weekly pay, possible overtime, optional direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more! Job Duties Perform inspections of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished products. Verify product dimensions, appearance, and functionality against specifications. Utilize measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and scales. Identify, isolate, and document non-conforming materials or products. Complete quality records, inspection reports, and production documentation. Communicate quality concerns to production and management teams. Conduct first-piece, in-process, and final inspections. Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues. Maintain compliance with company safety policies and quality standards. Assist with audits and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure work areas remain clean and organized following 5S principles. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Associate degree or technical certification preferred. 1-3 years of quality control experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Experience with inspection tools and measuring equipment. Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality systems. #
