Monday-Thursday, 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM About the Role Core Personnel Staffing is hiring a Quality Technician I for a growing manufacturing company in need of a detail-oriented professional to support quality assurance across the manufacturing process. This role is responsible for auditing, inspecting, and documenting product quality at all stages of production, ensuring compliance with company specifications and quality standards. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Audit and monitor quality requirements in accordance with company quality assurance policies and specifications. Conduct inspections on products at all stages of the manufacturing process. Document and report inspection findings and results in the BMS via Task entries. Perform mechanical, dimensional, and visual/cosmetic inspections of raw materials, components, and sub-assemblies per Inspection Plans and Specification Requirements. Read and interpret specifications and engineering prints. Perform product identification and traceability activities, as required. Work with other company personnel to resolve inspection questions, including: Product Managers, to ensure product compliance with specifications. Purchasing, to address and resolve findings on supplied products. Area Supervisors, on non-conformities originating in their area of responsibility. Document information across various databases and internal programs. Follow all clean-up and housekeeping procedures; comply with all quality, safety, and work rules and regulations. Qualifications Experience, Skills & Education Minimum of two years of experience in a manufacturing or similar environment. Understanding and use of basic measuring tools (calipers, micrometer, angle gage) preferred. Competent in use of a Business Management System (BMS) preferred. Previous
ISO 9001
experience helpful. Previous Quality Assurance experience helpful. Competent in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Windows software. Apply today through Core Personnel Staffing!
