Quality Control Technician Location:
Arlington & Grand Prairie, TX Pay:
$16.00-$22.00 per hour (based on experience and position)

1st Shift 2nd Shift 3rd Shift Position Overview Core Personnel Staffing Services is currently hiring Quality Control Technicians for multiple manufacturing facilities in the Arlington and Grand Prairie area. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who are committed to maintaining high quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Whether you're an experienced Quality Control professional or have previous manufacturing experience and are looking to grow your career, we'd love to hear from you. Essential Responsibilities Perform visual and dimensional inspections on products and materials. Identify, document, and report defects or quality concerns. Ensure products meet company and customer quality standards. Read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and product specifications when required. Utilize measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and gauges. Complete inspection reports and maintain accurate quality documentation. Work closely with production teams to resolve quality issues. Follow all company safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work area. Support continuous improvement initiatives and production goals. Qualifications Previous Quality Control or Quality Assurance experience preferred. Manufacturing or production experience is a plus. Ability to use measuring tools and inspection equipment. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Basic computer and data entry skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Flexibility to work overtime when required.
