Job Description
Position Summary:
Under the direction of a Manager, the Quality Systems Analyst is responsible for performing regular audits of data entered to the following systems: Informix, Health Returns Management (HRM), RxRIntel and SalesForce, to ensure accuracy, quality and completeness. To perform this job, the incumbent must work to achieve a clear understanding of SOPs related to Client Set-up, Policy and Billing functions within various departments: Customer Service, Client Policy and Client Reporting.Primary Accountabilities:
Utilizing the appropriate menu paths in Informix, run reporting to ensure accuracy of the information that is being shared with the client Perform quality checks for new client implementations or client set up to confirm accuracy in accordance to the client's business rules Perform quality checks on randomly selected client reports to confirm accuracy Perform quality reviews of billing reports based on risk to client and Inmar Perform quality reviews on changeovers Perform risk assessments Effectively manage daily error reporting as applicable Effectively document and report all errors to the QA, QC Manager and or Supervisor if applicable. Escalate significant events (i.e., Diversion, Adverse Events, Informix slow down, etc.) Address and discuss issues and proposed solutions with leadership Develop and implement SOPs relevant to QA tasks for back office processes Meet daily QA productivity numbersAdditional Responsibilities:
Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all policies and standardsRequired Qualifications:
Associates in Quality, Business, Logistics, Engineering or a related field required 1-3 years 2+ years of related experience, or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the major responsibilities/essential functions of the position required Bi-lingual in English and Spanish, preferred Strong data collection and analysis skills Certification in Quality Assurance, a plus preferred Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the major job responsibilities (essential functions) of this job.
