Full-Time/Direct Hire Job Summary PROMAN Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Technician I to support quality assurance processes in a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on inspecting products, ensuring compliance with specifications, and maintaining accurate documentation to support overall production quality. Key Responsibilities Perform inspections on materials, components, and finished products Verify product quality using measuring tools and visual checks Document inspection results and maintain accurate records in internal systems Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications Identify and report non-conforming products Collaborate with internal teams to resolve quality issues Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety in the work area Follow all company procedures, safety rules, and quality standards Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing or similar environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry) Ability to read prints and use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers preferred) Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Why Work with PROMAN Staffing?
