Quality Technician- Manufacturing Help Power the Future with Quality You Can Trust! Are you detail-oriented, quality-driven, and passionate about ensuring products meet the highest standards? Join our team as a Quality Technician and play a critical role in delivering high-quality solar panels that help create a more sustainable future. What We're Looking For Quality inspection, quality technician, quality control or solar industry experience 1+ year Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to identify defects and quality issues in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to follow procedures, work instructions, and safety requirements. Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities Perform visual inspections of solar panels, materials, and components throughout the manufacturing process. Inspect products to ensure compliance with company quality standards, specifications, and work instructions. Identify, document, and segregate non-conforming materials or products. Verify labels, serial numbers, and product identification for accuracy and traceability. Conduct inspections at multiple production stages, including: Incoming materials In-process manufacturing Finished products Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality procedures, and work instructions. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with 5S standards. Assist with inventory verification and material audits as needed.
