Job Description

Detail oriented Quality Assurance professional dedicated to maintaining high manufacturing standards through inspection, problemsolving, and strict adherence to process controls. Ability to step in and provide corrective action and feedback to peers. 1st and 2nd Shift Available Monday- Friday Only! Located behind Texas Motor Speedway in Northlake Checking quality: Inspecting parts and products throughout the manufacturing process to make sure they meet all the requirements.
Fixing issues:
Spotting any problems with materials, keeping track of them, and helping the team figure out the right way to handle them.
Managing data:
Using quality software and programs like Excel or Word to log inspections and keep all our records ready for audits.
Improving the workflow:
Helping the team find better, more efficient ways to keep the quality process running smoothly.
Handling returns:
Checking over returned items to figure out why they had issues and making sure the paperwork is updated correctly.
salary:
$22 - $24 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5
PMeducation:
High SchoolResponsibilities Perform and report on first-layer assessments for both in-process and finished products. Execute quality activities linked to key process and product characteristics. Identify, track, and support the disposition of non-conforming materials. Verify that corrective actions and process changes are strictly followed on the manufacturing line. Conduct First Article Inspection (FAI) and assessment activities. Assist in internal, industry, and customer audits as required. Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing overall quality and efficiency. Manage quality-related tasks for the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process.
