Job Description

Position Summary The Seadrift Quality Control (QC) Coordinator is responsible for verifying the accuracy and quality of all reclasses, outbound shipments, and supply transfers before products leave the facility. This position serves as the final checkpoint to help prevent mis-shipments, inventory errors, product damage, and customer complaints. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Verify reclasses before relabeling begins, ensuring the correct product is staged and the proper labels are being applied. Sign off on all reclasses along with the employee performing the work. Inspect outbound shipments for accuracy, including lot numbers, quantities, GMIDs, and shipping documentation. Inspect product and pallet condition to ensure shipments meet quality standards. Verify all supply transfers for accuracy prior to loading. Ensure required documentation is completed and maintained. Identify and report discrepancies, damaged product, labeling errors, and inventory concerns. Work with operations personnel to resolve issues before shipments leave the facility. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Warehouse, logistics, inventory control, or quality control experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to read and verify shipping documents, labels, and inventory records. Basic computer and communication skills. Physical Requirements Ability to work in a warehouse environment. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Success Measures Reduced shipment errors and customer complaints. Improved shipment accuracy and product quality. Consistent completion of QC inspections and documentation.
Pay:
$14.00 - $15.00 per hour
