A two-hat role:
hands-on surface prep and final quality inspection, plus ownership of our production admin (job tickets, QC logs, batch records). You're part of what makes our finished work flawless and part of what keeps the floor organized. What you'll do: Surface prep: cleaning, masking, fixturing, and blast/finish prep before coating Final QC inspection: catch defects and hold the accept/reject standard Maintain QC logs, job tickets, and batch records Support production flow and keep the floor organized Handle customer parts and firearms with care and accurate tracking What we're looking for: A sharp eye for detail and pride in flawless finished work Hands-on, reliable, and organized Comfortable with documentation and basic software Must be able to lawfully handle firearms under federal law and pass a background check Nice to have: metal finishing, machining, painting/coating prep, or QC experience.
