Job Description
Adherence to quality standards to ensure quality product leaves the Service Center.• Prepare required miscellaneous reports (basic computer skills) Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Quality Control Specialist, where your expertise will ensure that every product meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. In this vital role, you will be responsible for inspecting, testing, and verifying manufacturing processes and finished goods to uphold rigorous quality standards. Your keen eye for detail and mechanical aptitude will contribute directly to delivering exceptional products to our customers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of quality assurance within a fast-paced production environment committed to continuous improvement and regulatory compliance. Duties Read a Tape measure within 1/32" Use and read digital calipers Use small hand tools (DA Sander, Square, Die grinder) Read basic Blueprints Read and write English (Document all quality errors) Basic knowledge of Mig Welding and Grinding - background in welding Knowledge of MFG. processes Longevity at previous employers Escalate issues to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner; collaborate to resolution Must be able to work overtime as needed, with short notice. Good mathematic skill Ability to walk and stand for all of the work shift Must be able to exhibit positive motivational and personal skills Skills High School Diploma/GED required, Ability to thrive in a team environment and collaborate effectively. Self-motivated, self-regulating individual who can meet job expectations with minimal supervision. Previous Quality Control experience preferred. 5S Experience preferred.
