Quality Assurance / Quality Control A Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring that products, materials, and processes meet established quality standards and customer requirements. They perform inspections, tests, and audits to identify defects, maintain compliance, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Job Summary Key Responsibilities Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards. Conduct visual inspections, measurements, and functional tests using appropriate tools and equipment. Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records. Identify and report defects, non-conformities, and quality issues. Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality concerns and implement corrective actions. Verify that manufacturing processes comply with company procedures and regulatory requirements Monitor production activities to ensure consistent product quality. Ensure compliance with workplace safety and quality policies. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus. Previous experience 1-2yrs in quality inspection, manufacturing, or quality control preferred. Knowledge of quality standards, inspection techniques, and testing procedures. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting. Skills and Competencies Attention to detail Analytical thinking Communication skills Teamwork and collaboration Decision-making ability Working Conditions Manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment. May require standing for extended periods. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
