Review machine-flagged errors, sort defective parts, and ensure electronic components meet strict quality guidelines. Key Responsibilities Load programs, feed circuit boards into the AOI machine, and execute optical checks for component placement and solder quality. Review machine alerts to separate real defects from false calls using magnification or software analysis. Log defect data, route bad boards for rework, and communicate recurring assembly issues to engineering or SMT teams. Identify, document, and segregate nonconforming materials and products, and initiate Nonconformance Reports (NCRs) as required. Keep the inspection area clean, load materials properly, and handle basic machine troubleshooting. Inspect PCBAs for workmanship in accordance with applicable
