Job Description

n this role, the QC Inspector at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products consistently meet high standards of quality and reliability. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough inspections and functional tests using specialized tools to identify any hardware or software issues. By meticulously documenting and reporting deviations from our quality standards, you will collaborate closely with our production team to implement necessary corrective actions. This role is pivotal in maintaining our commitment to delivering products that exceed customer expectations and uphold our reputation for excellence in the industry. Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough inspections of products to ensure they meet company standards and customer specifications. Perform detailed functional testing and diagnostics using specialized tools to identify hardware and software issues. Perform detailed visual inspections and functional testing according to established quality control procedures. Identify and report any deviations from quality standards and work with production team to implement corrective actions. Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records of all inspections.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a quality inspector or similar role, preferably in a computer manufacturing or production environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects and inconsistencies. Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures. Ability to use inspection tools and equipment effectively. Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. Proficient experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams Position may be required to stand, walk, sit, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and lift up to 25 lbs. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus.
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or associate degree preferred 1-3 years of quality inspection or related experience, preferably in manufacturing or computer hardware Experience with product inspections, diagnostics, and functional testing Working knowledge of quality control processes and documentation Basic computer hardware and software troubleshooting skills preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office and Teams; strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 30lbs. Comfortable working in a production and warehouse setting, which may be non-climate controlled Safety toe shoes are required at all times while on the warehouse floor or operating a Pallet Jack or Forklift.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Overtime may be required based on operational needs
Pay:
From $17.00 per hour
