 Full Time Position Overview The Quality Auditor understands auditing principles, practices, and techniques to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS) on assigned projects. The Quality Auditor is responsible for independently planning, scheduling, and conducting audits across multiple Entergy project sites. This role requires the ability to travel to various project locations and perform audits without direct oversight while maintaining alignment with district audit objectives. The Quality Auditor will communicate audit results to the District Quality Assurance Manager (DQAM) and project personnel, support follow-up activities on audit findings, and collaborate with project management teams to ensure understanding of results and recommended paths forward for resolution and improvement.

Location This position is a traveling position, mostly in Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Arkansas areas. We relocate our teams based on the work that is available, combined with the development plans, skill sets and career goals of each team member. This means your Kiewit adventure is custom-designed to meet our shared needs. Responsibilities Performs and reports on internal quality system audits across multiple projects and supports the execution of the district audit program. Maintains a high level of understanding of company standards, Entergy program requirements, and applicable quality guidelines. Understands the requirements of
ISO 9001
Standards, Kiewit standards, Contract Requirements, and project-specific quality requirements. Independently plans, aids in the scheduling of audits, and conducts internal audits across multiple projects within the assigned district/area/region. Travels to project sites as required, including the ability to travel on short notice. Conducts document reviews, interviews personnel, and evaluates procedures for compliance. Prepares and communicates audit reports to the DQAM and project teams. Interfaces with project staff to explain results and mitigation paths. Tracks and follows up on audit findings through closure. Demonstrates flexibility to work adjusted or extended hours based on project needs. Qualifications Associate degree and/or two (2) years of related experience in Quality Assurance, or verifiable experience performing quality audits. Candidate must be able to attend and successfully complete the Kiewit Auditor Certification Course and fulfill all qualification requirements necessary to obtain and maintain an auditor certification. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Strong communication skills are essential for interfacing with project personnel and district leadership. Experience with word processing, spreadsheets, and database applications required. Occasionally lift and carry heavy items weighing 50 pounds or more. Move in confined or uneven areas and climb ladders or scaffolds. Work occurs in both office and field environments, including travel to multiple project locations with varying conditions and extended hours as needed.
