Job Description

Bring your hands-on quality expertise to a collaborative manufacturing environment where your attention to detail makes a real difference on the production floor. This Quality Control Inspector role supports product compliance and quality standards through inspections, testing, and evaluation of materials and finished components. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Quality Control Inspector position include: 1-3 years of manufacturing quality control experience required; 3-5 years preferred. Hands-on inspection experience with NDE/NDT, hydro testing, welding, machining, WPS, and pressure vessels (no aerospace-only QC backgrounds). ERP system experience required. Conduct in-process and final inspections and testing on materials, parts, and products. Measure product dimensions using gauges, calipers, and micrometers; maintain and calibrate measurement equipment. Accept or reject products based on specifications; identify and report defects and deviations and assist with corrective actions. Compare produced goods against blueprints, drawings, and specifications; maintain inspection and test records. Communicate inspection and test results and support lean and continuous process improvement opportunities.
Salary:
$25-$28/hour, flexible for a highly qualified candidate.
