Monday - Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Quality Technician to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet all quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. This role requires a strong background in quality control and a keen eye for detail, as well as experience working in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment. Must be familiar with the QMS system and its requirements. Other objectives will be required based on product development and company growth initiatives.
JOB DESCRIPTION
 Perform in-depth inspections and testing of semiconductor products at various stages of production.  Identify, document, and analyze defects or non-conformities, and collaborate with the production team to address and resolve issues.  Ensure compliance with internal quality standards as well as customer and industry specifications.  Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and procedures.  Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and corrective actions.  Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians and production staff.  Assist in the preparation and execution of internal and external quality audits.  Monitor and report on production processes to ensure continuous improvement in product quality.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and production, to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions.  Utilize advanced testing and measurement equipment to ensure product integrity.  Apply proactive and reactive problem-solving skills.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Associate's degree in engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field; or equivalent experience. 
Experience:
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in quality assurance/quality control, preferably in the semiconductor or electronics industry.  Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and quality control methodologies.  Proficiency in using inspection tools and equipment such as microscopes, calipers, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM).  Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.  Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.  Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
