Responsibilities:
Bill of Materials (BOM) Development - Develop and maintain asset-specific Bills of Materials (BOMs) for production and facility equipment. Research OEM manuals, drawings, vendor documentation, and equipment records to identify required spare parts. Validate BOM accuracy through field verification with maintenance technicians and engineers. Establish standardized BOM structures and naming conventions. Link spare parts to asset records within the
CMMS. CMMS
Data Management Create and maintain equipment records, asset hierarchies, and location structures. Manage spare parts catalogs and material master records. Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with company standards. Maintenance and Reliability Support - Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs through accurate materials data. Assist maintenance planners with job plans and parts requirements. Support reliability initiatives by ensuring maintenance-related asset data is accurate and complete. Participate in equipment criticality assessments.
Requirements:
3-5 years experience working in with Bill of Materials (BOM) and Supply Chain management Experience working with ERP and CMMS Data Management systems Experience providing cross-team support.
