Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Quality Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our products by implementing and maintaining our quality control systems. This role requires a strong understanding of quality management principles, as well as a keen eye for detail and the ability to use precision measuring instruments. Responsibilities
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify and report any deviations from our quality standards.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments, including micrometers and calipers, to perform accurate measurements and inspections.
- Identify and document nonconforming products or materials while performing repetitive inspections and initiate corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain quality systems, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Monitor and improve quality management processes and procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to ensure ongoing quality and safety improvements.
- Perform other duties as required by management. Experience
- Proven experience in quality assurance or a related field preferred.
- Experience with precision measuring instruments.
- Keep track of all tools/equipment and certifications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with quality management systems and continuous improvement processes.
- Able to handle heavy, bulky items manually.
- Must stand for long periods of time.
- Knowledge of
ISO & API
