Job Description

Overview:
Join our dynamic team as a HACCP Assistant/Data Entry specialist and play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality assurance within our manufacturing environment. This energetic position offers the opportunity to contribute to rigorous quality systems, support regulatory compliance, and ensure that all products meet strict safety and quality standards. You will be instrumental in data collection, analysis, and documentation processes that uphold our commitment to excellence and regulatory adherence. Responsibilities for entering
AND REVIEWING
data collected each day: All online data from QC Techs and Production Team Members. All checks in RedZone. Collection and reviewing of all
HACCP/CCP
monitoring and verification paperwork. Metal Detector Calibration Checks Leaker Checks QA Hold Tag Information for QA Hold Report Child Nutrition Checks Micro Results Pre-shipment Review Verify thermometer calibration paperwork.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Ideal Candidate would be HACCP-Certified or have completed a training course with the International HACCP Alliance, and 2 years' experience in QC systems in a Food facility. Must demonstrate an understanding of food safety principles.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access. Knowledge of RedZone Accuracy and completion of Data Entry. This position is expected to work 40 hours a week or as needed.
