Job Description

the Position We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our Quality Control team as an Entry-Level Quality Control Inspector. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin a career in manufacturing quality. No previous QC experience is required—we are willing to train the right candidate. The ideal candidate is dependable, eager to learn, takes pride in their work, and understands the importance of accuracy and consistency. Responsibilities Perform visual and dimensional inspections of manufactured parts. Use measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection tools (training provided). Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions (training provided). Complete inspection reports and maintain accurate records. Identify and report nonconforming products. Work closely with production personnel to help maintain quality standards. Follow established quality procedures and company policies. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Strong attention to detail. Basic math skills. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to learn new processes and follow written instructions. Dependable attendance and positive attitude. Ability to stand, walk, and perform inspections throughout the shift. Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. Preferred Qualifications Experience using basic measuring tools such as calipers or tape measures. Experience in a manufacturing environment.
